All Campers Must Register Prior to Setting up Camp


Day, Week, Weekend, Holidays

  • $20 per night

Reservations should be made as early as possible.  We will hold your reservation for 1 week (7 days) for deposits being mail in to allow for postage time.
Check in time – 3:00 p.m.           Check out time – 1:00 p.m.
Proof of insurance on campers and trailers required
All refunds given in the form of an in camp credit to be used in the same season.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific campsites, however it can’t always be guaranteed.


Holiday weekends

Holiday weekends are Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day
Holiday weekends must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Yearly Rentals March – November = Nine Months

  • $900                   9 months for $900   =   Monthly payments of $100

Please make payment in the amount of $100.00 by cash, check, or money order to TK Ranch, LLC by the 1st of each month.  After 5th day of the month - $115.00
First and last month’s payments due at the time of registration.
12 days per month (no roll overs)
Provide a list of those living in your household

No charge for grandchildren under the age of 16 (even if they do not live in your household).  Grandchildren may stay with anyone on the list
You may not sub-let your lot to others
After the 12th day = $12 per day
Each site is limited to one RV & one tent or two tents
Proof of insurance on campers and trailers required

Extra appliances

Second refrigerator/freezer, second A/C unit, electric clothes dryer $10/month


 Overnight guests
There will be a charge of $3 per person/per night for guests staying with you on your lot that are not on your list.  
If you choose to allow someone to use your lot, they will be charged $25 per night, just as if they had stayed on a nightly campsite


Off-Season - December through February
RVs may be left on your site during the off-season.  This is included with yearly rent for the off-season if unplugged from electricity. 
Option to leave on electric power (for refrigerator only) = $60 for the off season
For use of your campsite in the off-season the fee is $12 nightly.


Hunters
If you are interested in a campsite during hunting seasons while the campground is in off-season contact Kenny at TK Ranch Campground at 618.922.3925.


Hunters Specials
November Hunters – Regular rates

  • If you rent from us during hunting season in November and would like to leave the camper for the December hunting season – the fee for leaving camper $75 with no electricity during the month.  With refrigerator left running $95.

December Hunters Special

  • Nightly rate of $35
  • If you rent from us during hunting season in November and would like to leave the camper for December hunting season – fee for leaving camper $75 with no electricity during the month.  With refrigerator left running $95

Camper Rental

  • We have one rental camper.  It has one bedroom, a full bath, a couch that makes a bed, and a table that makes a bed.  It is fully furnished, has utensils, cookware, dishes, and flat screen TV with DVD player.  Outside there is an awning, patio mat, fire ring with grill grate, and a picnic table.   Nightly $75.00 includes county tax.

We do not refund or credit for bad weather, or other unforeseen events outside of our control.  We are not responsible for accidents to humans, animals, or property, including acts of God.
